The Humane Society of Madison County trys to find homes for lost pets. By having your pet tagged and/or micro-chipped, you would be able to find your lost pet family member faster. The shelter also keeps lost and found records.
If you have a lost or found an animal, please call the shelter at 740-852-PETS (7387) and your local law enforcement agency. By working together we will do our best to help you find your pet.
Please purchase and place a county dog tag on your dogs collar and not in your desk drawer. Your desk cannot help you find your pet, but that tag can!
If you have a lost pet and have a picture of it, please send it to the shelter or email it, your photo can help us identify your pet if he is in our system!

Petfbi.org is a wonderful site dedicated to helping families and pets get reunited.
