Phase 2 is also under construction (5,600 square feet), parallel to the rear of the front building in a similar design.
While work on Phase 2 is not as advanced, it already has a confirmed tenant, Ward said. Pure Sweat Float will specialize in sauna therapy.
“There’s a lot going on at Sango and we wanted to capitalize on that,” Ward said. “Many of our rental prospects are people who are tired of traveling to Nashville and see a growing opportunity to do business in Clarksville. “
As the Village’s first tenant and operator, Nailed It DIY Studio offers a wide range of activities and fun training in interior design.
Walk-in business and appointments are welcome, and to add to the experience, the company hosts parties for DIY projects. The company is available on Facebook and Instagram.
Another Millan Enterprises project is in the site preparation stage in one of the most visible corners of Clarksville.
A car wash was leveled at the corner of Madison Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway near the Sango Walmart Supercenter to make way for Sango Crossings, a new retail mall (2305 Madison St.).
The project is still in its early stages.
