Jacksonville Humane Society is offering free adoptions this Labor Day weekend
The Jacksonville Humane Society and Animal Care and Protection Services are teaming up to offer a free adoption event to the community over Labor Day weekend.
The Jacksonville Humane Society will have more pets seeking homes than ever before on Saturday, September 3!

The community is invited to comes from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. find a new best friend from the largest selection of pets available year-round. In addition to the pets available at The Humane Society, CSPA will be bringing additional dogs to present for adoption.
Food trucks will also be available to customers. Adopted pets will also return home with a variety of gifts from our generous sponsors.

“If you were looking for a sign to adopt, here it is,” said Denise Deisler, CEO of the Jacksonville Humane Society, “We are so grateful to the Petfinder Foundation and KIA for making this event possible and we are thrilled to having such a wide variety of pets available to our adopters.
All pets are modified, microchipped and vaccinated before adoption. Additional charges may apply. For more information, visit jaxhumane.org.

The free adoption event will continue Sunday at both locations and Monday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Jacksonville Humane Society.
