There is still time to name the best places to work in the region | Economic news
If you’ve been slow to name a great Madison-area employer as one of the Wisconsin State Journal’s Best Workplaces for 2022, there’s good news – you’ve just got more time.
The deadline for appointing extraordinary employers in Dane, Sauk, Columbia and Rock counties has been extended to October 29.
For the fourth year in a row, The State Journal has partnered with Energage, a Pennsylvania-based employee engagement and workplace improvement research company to identify and recognize top performing workplaces.
Applications from public and private sector organizations that have created exceptional cultures, ethics, values and benefits can be made at topworkplaces.com/Madison or by calling 608-234-5446.
To be eligible, companies must have at least 35 Madison area employees and any employer can be named, from start-ups and nonprofits to publicly traded companies and government entities. Nominations can come from businesses and organizations, employees, customers or people in the community.
Once nominations are received, Energage contacts organizations to conduct a free and easy 24-question employee survey. Energage then uses the survey results to rank the best places to work.
These rankings will be published online at Madison.com and in a special section of the State Journal in March 2022. The publication recognizes organizations for their commitment to attributes such as work-life balance, supportive leadership, communication strong and a workplace culture.
